Using BillsBolt

By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password and transaction PIN private.

Your wallet

Funds you add to your wallet are used only for purchases on the platform. Wallet funding is credited after payment is confirmed. Wallet balances are not interest-bearing.

Orders and delivery

Airtime, data, TV and electricity orders are delivered through licensed upstream providers, usually within seconds. Always check the number before confirming: orders sent to a wrong number cannot be reversed.

Failed orders and refunds

If an order fails, the amount is returned to your wallet automatically. If an order stays pending, our team reviews it and either completes it or refunds your wallet.

Prices

Prices can change without notice. The price shown on the confirmation screen is the price you pay.

Misuse

We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, or any unlawful activity.
